We store the account details you provide, your date of birth, profile preferences, posts, photos, follows, blocks, messages, reports, and payment references needed to run Kellokollo. Your email and full date of birth are not shown on your profile.
You choose public or members-only visibility for your profile and each post. Age and city can be hidden. Blocking prevents signed-in interaction in both directions, but public content remains accessible to logged-out visitors. Do not post information you need to keep confidential.
Direct messages are stored on our server and are not end-to-end encrypted. The administration interface shows messages only when a participant reports a specific message. Hosting operators can technically access stored data.
Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect forms. We do not include third-party analytics or advertising trackers. If enabled, Google receives information required for Google sign-in and PayHere handles its payment checkout. We do not store card details.
Password reset links expire after one hour; email verification links after one day. Expired tokens and rate-limit records are removed by the maintenance command. Administrative audit entries are retained for 180 days. You can download your data and delete your account in Settings. Deletion removes associated content and messages from the live database; backup copies expire according to the operator's backup schedule. Contact support for privacy questions.
